At Jeeter Juice Cart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [info@jeetersjuicecart.com], and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Shipping
To return your product, mail it to the return address on the package. Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And any additional cost that might come up while the package is on transit ,Shall be settled by the Buyer. Failure to comply automatically voids you of Any Refunds.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Please Note that any payment with the customs shall be settled by you and case of return we will not refund you money paid at Customs or Shipping Charges.
